McFly are back! But one look at Danny's new hairdo has caused a lot of concern. So we got Tom to explain what must be a pretty desperate situation...

Tom: It's actually a wig. It's not real.
TOTP: Ah, PHEW!
Tom: He's just going through a bit of a phase. He's actually bald underneath, so we'd rather he had this curly wig - which was the only one we could find - than to go on TV being bald.

TOTP: Is this a recent thing? Is it like alopecia?
Tom: Yeah, we're on tour and he just suddenly woke up one morning and his hair had just gone, and we were like 'dammit!'. And we were in Birmingham and they don't have very good supplies of wigs in Birmingham. It was the only one we could find.
TOTP: Wow...presumably you're going to do some charity campaign about the perils of hair straighteners now?
Tom: Well that's the ironic thing, you know, straightening his hair for all those years, trying to make his hair look good, has actually made his hair fall out. And as a result he now has curly pube hair.

TOTP: Is he a broken shell of a man now?
Tom: He is. In fact no-one can really talk to him at the moment. He's just...not the same as he used to be.
TOTP: Aw, send him the love of the pop massive.
Tom: I will, and I'm sure he'll really appreciate that. It will help him and maybe some hair will start to grow.

PSAT went well. The room temperature was 82 degrees Fahrenheit. I know. I checked. I was sweating profusely through the whole thing, so that might affect my score.

Went to Kristina's and practiced "Let Me In" with her. Jen tried to escape the singing. Hehe Then went to the mall where we saw a gazillion people from Troy, including Vicky Ge! whee! Jen found her store.. how depressing. For Love and Hot Topic. EW EW EW EW. I LOVE the store design for "For Love". It's like... Victorian, and then they have all this polka-dotted ugly jewelry that totally suits Jen's taste. INCONGRUENT. HORRIBLE. RUINING THE DESIGN. Hot Topic just frightens me. Bought a shirt from NY And Company, and now must fast because it's XS (the only one left from clearance) and I can fit in it, but it's tight across the chest and makes my waist look huge. *sigh* tiny model people.

Then right now Vicki, Matthew and Yogin are all at her house laughing and eating pizza, making a business video. I'm stuck with Ronald, who freakin calls me all the freakin time. O yeah Elaine, if you really wanted to come over, you could come help!! O yes like that's going to work. You could write me an exegesis too. Never mind how much freakin work I have.

I don't talk to my friends anymore. I talk to Shayne and Yogin and that's about it. Vicki and I don't have time together. Robin is this distant emo entity. I only talk to Jen when I'm not swamped with hw and have time to call her.

Met up with Shayne and Yogin at Red Robin, after Jen got checked out by a guy that was more metro than Clay Aiken, and I fell at least 4 times on my shoes that weren't really even heels.

Dinner was fun, though a bit partisan. It was Shayne and Elaine, the Tolkienites, and Vicki, Jen, and Yogin, the wannabe gangsters. Yogin and Jen decided that they should play the sugar game. I LOVE IT! They wouldn't let me play though. :(
