First day!!!!

All I can say is that where my schedule is concerned... I am one lucky _______ (fill in the blank for whatever you desire. I myself was going for flower-child who gazes at the shooting stars that speed through the heavens and fall to earth in a silver shower)

0 AP English 4: Sawaya
1 IB Philosophy: Dickey
2 Physics: Mosig
3 Calc II: Knox
4 AP Spanish 4: Donnelly
5 Oracle: Nav
6 IB Global: Christner

So out of English, physics, and Spanish, I got all the easiest teachers. Apparently they're not letting any more full IB kids escape out of Knox's clutches... so I might just have to stay and fail.
I felt SO completely out of place in physics. I spent 0 and 1st period with the full IB Asians and walked into second period and basically stopped dead in my tracks and stared. They were all WHITE JUNIORS who had never heard of IB in their lives... wow.. well not all of them. The only other senior was Michael Tamplin.. joy.. and Shoshee and Sarah were in there so I knew them from Oracle. Mr. Mosig kept ranting about seniors slacking off and glaring at us and warning at us not to procrastinate and fall behind and I kinda just wanted to yell, "what do you think I am?!" And today.. we learned how to SOLVE FOR A VARIABLE.
D= M/V
solve for V.
And he went through EVERY STEP. I was just staring at him like... are you serious..

I have Sawaya!!! He seems like such a nice old man.. Mr. Jundanian but a far better subject. :)

And Dickey.. what can you say about Dickey that hasn't already been said?

OO Kathleen! DONNELLY'S HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!! Right before the AP test.. which REALLY sucks for us.. but it's okay for now.

And I'm glad I have Global 6th period because I would have hated having a class that I don't care about/struggle at last because by the end of the day, unless I really care, I'm dead. Example: AP Bio last year!

Nav scared all the cubs by basically spending the whole period saying, "If you do THIS, DETENTION." "And if you do this, detention." "And if you do THAT, detention." "And if you call me Mrs. Link, you die."

Lovely.

I MUST finish my extended essay. MUST.

But in the meantime, while I THINK about finishing it instead of actually finishing it... SURVEY!!!!

I swear I will give a day-by-day account of my trip soon.. I just need Kathleen's photos because she has most of the funny ones. :)

A - Available
For what? Counting the stars in the limitless sky? Anytime! Well, nighttime, because I don't think you can see the stars in the day time, as you really can't see much of them during the night either, depending on where you are. Such a tragedy.
I'm also available for watching the Lord of the Rings with anyone who so desires.

B - Best Friend
Kathleen! and Shayne and Vicki

C - Crush
Xabi Alonso

D - Dad's Name
Chen

E - Easiest Person To Talk To
err... I talk to just about everyone. It really depends on what you want to talk about though. I tell Yogin just about everything that isn't directly related to anything negative about him, but even then I still end up telling him. :)
Kathleen is difficult at times because I can hear exactly what she's going to say in my head already.
Shayne is great.. until it comes to emotional support and then he just tells you to mock the person into submission.
So I'm going to answer: Jen. :)

F - Favorite Band
MCFLY

G - Gummy Bears Or Worms
Um... I like normal gummy bears but sour gummy worms

H - Hometown
Chino Hills, CA

I - Instrument
piano

J - Job

K - Kids

L - Longest Car Ride

M - Milk Flavor
wait... you FLAVOUR milk? Since WHEN?? SHAYNE!! EXPLAIN THIS MONSTROSITY TO ME!!!!
But nevertheless, I drink 2% fat milk. Yes. I am a fat one.

N - Number Of Siblings

O - One Wish
To live in Europe someday

P - Phobias
snakes, failure, things popping out at me,

Q - Favorite Quote
I have too many... so I shall list like.. eight.
"A ship in a harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are made for."
"A dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight, and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world." -Oscar Wilde
"No amount of fire or freshness can challenge what a man can store up in his ghostly heart." -F. Scott Fitzgerald
Most things written by Shakespeare.
And everything written by Tolkien.

R - Reason To Smile

I also like broccoli when Americans don't boil it.

W - Worst Habits
ranting excessively for hours on topics that interest only me but since they interest someone as important as me, must therefore interest the rest of the world
cracking my knuckles
losing my temper, especially with my dearest madre
smacking yogin :)

X - X-Rays You've Had
teeth and probably lungs when I had pneumonia as a child.. don't remember

Y - Your Favorite Food
CHINESE FOOD. NEVER AGAIN SHALL I BE SUBJECTED TO THE TEDIUM AND THE LACK OF FLAVOUR OF WHITE PEOPLE FOOD
God.. how do you people TAKE that stuff EVERY DAY?? Don't your intestines REVOLT?
If I learned one thing from my trip to Europe, it's that Chinese food is superior to all other food. I can eat that day in, day out, and never be sick of it.. but if I have to eat another one of those French sandwiches... GAH!

Z - Zodiac Sign
Aries

I'm HERE!!!!! Well I've been here since late Friday night... but still. I promised myself I wouldn't post my EXTREMELY long rant/pictures on here till I wrote 3/4 of my extended essay, so I must hold to that promise.

but Europe was AMAZING!!!!!!

I LOVE FRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And of course, I love ENGLAND!

I am an idiot.
A complete fool.

Actually no, I don't like the word "fool" used for this meaning. I always picture a fool as in the situation where Romeo uses it right after he slays Tybalt: "OH I am fortune's fool!!!"

But anyway, moving on. So my dad had me go get something for him in the car. I get it, jump out of the car, slam the door shut, and then suddenly, this horribly painful sensation spreads through my right hand. I look down. My hand is stuck between the door and its frame. I just stared for a moment, before my nocioreceptors indicated to me that it probably was a good idea to open the door and set my hand free.

It did hurt really badly earlier, but I'm surviving now. But I take pity on those who do not type quickly. What a painful and frustrating life.

I'm back!! Well, I've been back for most of the day actually. I've been writing an article for the Register FOREVER.

So I don't feel like typing anything coherent at this moment, but someone remind me to go over details about:
-reception
-SF airport and the little Chinese boys

Today I went to Jen's house and then the two of us went to the Guitar Center. I made her come with me so I wouldn't be eaten by the big scary guitar-playing people in there, even though they were really nice. I really need to face my cowardice and inability to talk to people when I need to. I like having random conversations with random folk, but when I think of it as interviews and stuff, I freeze. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
Afterwards, I drove Jen to the Brea library where Kristina's interning and saw Kristina for the first time in EVER. Mark Hizon was there too.. strangely enough, with his iphone in tow, of course. They went to see Harry Potter together and I headed home.

That was very undescriptive but I don't really feel like description right about now..

I have a MILLION things to do tomorrow. I have a very extensive list that I made Yogin listen to twice as I timed it all out. :)
