Recap time!

Friday afternoon:
Yogin can't kick.
Yogin should not play football.
EVER.
So Matthew brought a football and they were playing with it (A FULL TEN MINUTES AFTER THE BELL! THE HORROR! I'm sorry I detained him!)
Yogin doesn't understand that you don't aim for the ball with your foot with as much force you can generate. And you also don't kick it UP. Or at Elaine, for that matter! *GLARE*

AND THEN MATTHEW WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE STUPID FOOTBALL!
"I don't want it to fly out the window or hit some freshman on the head."
BAH. EVIL.

Friday night
So Kathleen told me she couldn't make it to the football game, so I didn't think we were going. Then she calls me and tells me we are. So basically, I got dragged to the Diamond Bar/Troy football game. Twas interesting. Kathleen and I got lost and went to the Diamond Bar side and had to almost get a police escort through. They were checking us like crazy people. Once we got there, Robin, Yogin, Matthew, Patrick, and Julia were there, and the entire band. NO I WASN'T THERE JUST TO SEE JESSE! GAH.
I had absolutely no idea what was going on, and I think I annoyed Matthew quite a bit when I was trying to draw parallels between the violent hubbub before us and the beautiful sport of football.
It was hilarious watching the band. They look like they're off to do mortal combat while the other band was playing at halftime. Robin decided to go up there and try it herself. *sigh* She's insane. I love her.
DRUMS ARE SO COOL! I have new found respect for Harry!
Troy won apparently. The funniest part of the night was probably watching the band do the weird dance. Whee it was funny. I think Robin and I should learn it. I love it! They do weird hand motions and then shake and it's funny. WHEE! Yogin!! You need to learn it! it's hilarious!
Spent half an hour saying bye to the band after the game was over. IT WASN'T MY FAULT KATHLEEN! YOU WERE THE ONE WHO WOULDN'T LEAVE LORRY!! Yogin couldn't carry the drum up the stairs. Hehe. Alright fine he did. With great difficulty.

All in all, it was a fun night, even if the violent imposter sport was part of it. :D
