gah.. orientation was freaky. i was completely lost. "where do i go?" "what the hell are we doing?" all that stuff. didn't see a single person i knew. well i saw 2 ppl from my summer school class, but they were both sophomores, and didn't recognize me.

they don't even give u the teachers names and stuff on your schedule??? when do we get our schedules then?

why is it that i ALWAYS have PE 4th period? well 3rd this time, but itz technically 4th period... ah well. yay! i have my 2 favorite classes first! wait, that's actually not good. bcuz then i'll be happy the 1st 2 periods, and then pissed off by the end of the day. history's supposed to be 6th period! and there's supposed to be kalmar!
my bloody locker is a beast. i couldn't open it, and i could barely reach it. i mean, ME, at a quarter off 5"9, couldn't reach the bloody locker. both me and my dad tried it about 5 times, and then this teacher (i think he was the music/band teacher) comes over, and he helps us. he opens it, gives me some advice, and then my dad somehow opens it. all that's left is me. i'm gonna dent it or something. FINALLY, after about 5 more attempts, i managed to get the bloody thing open.

FINALLY watched Matrix w/ Roshi this morning. i kinda get it, and it was a lot better than i expected. roshi's all triumphant now. we have to watch the other 2 sometime. i liked that guy named Mouse! why did HE have to die?!?! gah. why couldn't Neo die? well of course he couldn't die, or else there'd be no more films, but STILL!
there were parts that were absolutely ridiculous, and the part where Neo and Morpheus fight, i'm like, "WE'RE NOT IN JAPAN!!!!!!" GAH!! STEALING MARTIAL ARTS!! and some parts were so freakin far-fetched it was sad. i mean, Trinity not getting killed in all that glass, and Neo managing to hit everyone but Morpheus. and i absolutely refused to let Roshi call Elrond Agent Smith. he was like, "dude AgenT Smith has the best lines!" i'm like, "he's not--" he cuts me off, knowing what i'm gonna say, "FINE. ELROND ::Does stupid wave w/ his hands:: has the best lines. This is PRE-Elrond." we finally established that LotR started filming b4 the Matrix came out, so HA!!!!! elrond is PRE-"agent smith" or wahtever the guy's name is.
so yea.. i liked the symbolism, but i shall have to dwell upon the "Bending spoon" thing. roshi doesn't get it, so i am determined to understand!
