elsa sent me another one of those bloody surveys, so i figured, instead of trashing up everyone's email, i'll just post it on here. mind u, i answered these yesterday, when i was a bit pissed and REALLY bored, and some on here are a bit weird.

Part 1: Just basic ‘small talk’ questions. (Me pretending to be interested.)

What was the first thought you woke up with today? "Gah. my hand's numb! and DAMN, i'm STILL in my room... not Minas Tirith. and bloody hell, Hector died"


Whats the weather like? sunny, sunny, sunny... not all like old England eh?


What side did you get out of bed? right side, i always get out on the right side, bcuz the left side is next to a wall, so i can't possibly get up that way.


Whats the first thing you looked at this morning? the wall, with Michael Owen upon it... damn the Spaniards. bloody Real Madrid. and in my poster, he's wearing the LFC jersey, not the bloody Real one!!!


What are you wearing on this fine day? my Leadership shirt (it was the 1st thing i could find) and shorts.

Are you easily annoyed? depends on the day, and the person. if i'm pissed off, itz not hard to get me to explode, but i suppose i am easily annoyed, though i easily forget it, unless i really don't like u. as one particular Brit commented, "you get wound up easily don't you?"


What's your worst personality trait? my egotistical nature. hey u know what, at least i admit it.


What's your best personality trait? Elsa, your brain is not part of your personality... um... i don't know? i have a good one? My Gondorian-ness? jkjk! um... the fact that i don't give what the hell u think about me. i'm going to be me, and if u don't like it, u can just shove it up your own @$$


Would you be friends with you, and why? eh. i don't think so. i've often admired ppl like Kathleen and Connie, for being able to put up with me for so long.

What’s your philosophy? you are NOT the Gaffer Elsa!!! um.. i have many philosophies. the one that's coming to mind is the one formulated about the guys. who needs them? they only screw things up, and are a distraction, and look @ how big of a mess the world is in right now, if it weren't for them ruling for the past 3000+ years, we wouldn't be in this shape! power to the women!

Part 4: Movies.



Favourite movie OF ALL TIME (you can only pick ONE), and why? the Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King, and my words could not the beauty of it justice. It is the conclusion of an epic greater than even that of Troy. The symbolism, characters, journeys, and emotions are at their climaxes, and though evil is destroyed, it's not just the simple happy ending, rather tainted by the bitter remorse of parting and death...
that was REALLY bad, wasn't it? that's not exactly why i like it... but i could write an essay on that and nobody wants to read that (except maybe me)


Favourite genre of film. historical fiction (as they are my favorite books too). i suppose drama, mixed in with a bit of action/adventure.

If you could look like any movie star, who would it be? i don't want to? i'm satisfied with the way i look, or at least, i transcend above it, so i don't care anymore. but if i had to choose, um... Catherine Zeta-Jones or Liv Tyler? i dunno! Faith Hill Elsa??? odd choice.


If you could do a ‘May’ and take all your favourite body parts from movie stars, what parts from whom would you take? NO thank u. as i said before, i like the way i look.

Is there any character from any movie who you can really relate to? oo so elsa doesn't like eowyn! happiness! um... there's alot of characters. they all have their own ways, for example, sometimes Faramir, becuz i know how it feels not to be able to live up to your father's expectations, though Denethor's not ANYTHING like my dad. um... a little bit of Frodo, which is a bit scary.


BOO...Did I scare you? no... but then again, i'm the person who can't go on Disneyland's Haunted Mansion w/o getting freaked out...


Is the book or the film better? it depends on the story, and in the movies' case, the director, and of course, the SCREENWRITERS. i.e. Fran Walsh, Pete Jackson, and Philippa Boyens did an awesome job, but not all adaptations are. i'd say usually the book, bcuz it goes more in depth, develops the characters better, and there's more room for little details. also, when it's a book, you can visualize settings and characters any way u want them.


Who would play your hott lover? ORLANDO!!! (hey elsa, he's MINE) um... David Wenham as Faramir, Eric Bana as Hector.


Would you ever act out an explicit sex scene? no comment.


If you were paid e100,000 to act out a love scene with a fat ugly ginger ‘bloke’ who randomly scratched ‘his’ butt on impulse - i'm not even gonna think about it... who wrote these questions?


Saddest film: the Lord of the Rings. The themes and symbolism could shatter your heart, but while crying with the characters, you know that they sacrificed for the triumph of all that is good in the world... then the whole concept of the fading of the Elves, Valinor, the Sundering Seas... o god ::wipes tear away:: i'm really gonna stop now. gonna go listen to "into the west"

Funniest film: i don't watch comedy... yes olivia, i know i'm serious. um... thinking... The Wedding Planner? I DON'T KNOW!!! when Gimli speaks in LotR? the funniest things i ever watch are romantic comedies.. O I KNOW!!!! PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN!!!


Scariest film: dear lord, i watched, under force, the Ring and Psycho... ::shudder:: i'm never watching horror again. i'd say the Ring, by far.


Oddest film: odd... define "odd" i'd say the beginning of "Moulin Rouge" bcuz i can't think of another.


What was your favourite movie as a child? hmm... i just asked my dad. i think it was 'Dumbo' 'Bambie' 'Pinocchio' or 'Robin Hood'.. i dunno. go ask Disney.


Favourite movie character, and why? gah. there's too many. Faramir, bcuz i love his pain (not in the sadistic way) and how though his father is such an moronic imbecile, he still loves him, and he will do anything for the good of his country. um.. i also like Aragorn, for he represents all that is good and noble in this world.. Jack Sparrow is also really awesome.
